A drop-in parenting group, led by a certified coach, filled with parents who get it.
Hello Fellow Parent!
Ever wonder how ANYONE survives this?! Well, I’m here to promise you that it IS survivable! But it’s tough doing it alone. You often wonder if you’re doing it right, making the best choices, and whether you should do what your parents did (or the total opposite)… As a parent of teens, as a teacher, and as a coach, I have seen the struggle firsthand. A parent once asked me if my son could come live with them for a week so he would rub off on their son. We get to a point where we’ll do anything to just get through it. But I’m here to help get you OUT of survival mode and INTO thrive mode.
These group sessions are intentionally priced to be accessible — and here’s why — I am actively pursuing advanced certification through the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in professional coaching. Building coaching hours is part of that process, and these groups are where that happens. What that means for you is simple: you get a certified, experienced coach who has worked with hundreds of teens and families, at a price that reflects this season of my journey — not the value of what you’ll receive in the room. Spots are limited to 8, so get in now.

MAY
The teen years don’t arrive all at once — they creep in quietly. One day, your child still wants to cuddle on the couch, and the next, they’re rolling their eyes at everything you say. The May groups are about getting ahead of that shift before it catches you off guard. We’ll look at what’s actually happening in your child’s brain and body as adolescence approaches, and what that means for your role as a parent. This month is your foundation — the insight and intention that makes everything else possible.

From Manager to Mentor $15
You’ve spent years managing your kid’s life — their schedule, their friendships, their choices. But the teen years call for something different. In this session we’ll explore what it actually means to shift from manager to mentor, why it’s harder than it sounds, and how to start making that move before the relationship demands it.

Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 · 4 pm PST / 7 pm EST

Letting Go Without Losing the Connection $15
Giving your kid more independence doesn’t have to mean losing closeness. This session is about the autonomy paradox — how staying connected actually requires you to loosen your grip. We’ll talk about what letting go looks like in real life, and how to do it in a way that keeps the door open.

Who Is This Kid? Understanding the Teen Brain Before It Arrives $15
The teen brain isn’t broken — it’s under construction. In this session, we’ll unpack what’s actually happening developmentally as your child approaches adolescence, what that means for their behavior, and how understanding it can shift you from reactive to ready.

JUNE
June is about making deliberate choices about the parent you want to be. We’ll look honestly at the patterns you inherited — the ones worth keeping and the ones worth releasing. We’ll explore how to have conversations that actually build trust rather than walls, and how to hold boundaries in a way that protects the relationship instead of straining it. This month is where awareness becomes action.

Parenting by Design, Not by Default $15
Whether we mean to or not, we parent the way we were parented — until we decide not to. This session invites you to look honestly at the patterns you inherited, recognize which ones are serving your family, and start releasing the ones that aren’t. It’s reflective, honest, and often the session parents say they needed years ago.

Conversations That Build Trust $15
Communication with a soon-to-be teen is its own skill set. In this session, we’ll explore the specific shifts in language, tone, and timing that make the difference between a conversation and a shutdown. You’ll leave with concrete approaches you can try the same day.

Setting Boundaries Without Building Walls $15
Boundaries aren’t about control — they’re about clarity. This session explores how to hold structure and offer freedom at the same time, and how the way you set limits now will either strengthen or strain your relationship over the next several years.

JULY
July is the month most parenting books don’t prepare you for. The withdrawal. The blowups. The moments when you say the wrong thing and don’t know how to come back from it. This month goes into the messy middle of parenting a teen — not to make it feel harder, but to make it feel less lonely. We’ll talk about what teen withdrawal is really communicating, why emotional regulation is a two-person challenge, and how to find your way back to each other after things go sideways.

When They Push Away $15
The pulled-away teen is one of the hardest things for parents to navigate. In this session, we’ll talk about why withdrawal is developmentally normal, what it’s actually communicating, and how to stay present and available without chasing, shutting down, or making it about you.

The Emotional Regulation Challenge $15
Here’s the truth most parenting content skips: your teen’s emotional dysregulation and yours are connected. In this session, we’ll look honestly at both sides of the equation — what’s happening in the teen brain during big emotions, and what gets activated in us as parents when they lose it.

When It All Goes Wrong $15
In this session, we’ll talk about what it looks like to come back after a blowup — how to take accountability without losing authority, how to model the kind of relationship skills you want your teen to carry into adulthood, and why conflict handled well actually deepens connection.

AUGUST
This month, we lift our heads up and look at the long game. Beyond the day-to-day battles over screens, curfews, and eye rolls is a bigger question — who is your child becoming, and who are you becoming alongside them? We’ll explore how to support your teen’s emerging identity without projecting or over-directing, how to stay genuinely connected in a world full of competing noise, and how the choices you make right now are quietly building something that will last long after they leave home. This is the month that puts everything in perspective.

Raising a Teen Who Knows Who They Are $15
Identity development is the central work of adolescence, and parents play a bigger role in it than they often realize. In this session, we’ll explore how to support your teen’s emerging sense of self without projecting, over-directing, or accidentally communicating that who they are needs to be different.

The Phone, The Friends, The Pressure $15
Social media, peer influence, and the pressure your teen is navigating can feel impossible to manage as a parent. This session isn’t about banning screens or controlling friendships — it’s about staying genuinely connected so your teen actually comes to you when the pressure gets real.

Parenting With The End In Mind $15
When your teen walks out the door in a few years, what do you want the relationship to look like? What do you want them to carry? This forward-looking session is part reflection, part intention-setting — and it tends to be the one that stays with people longest.
