How Coaching Works

Every coaching session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. At the core of the sessions are the five pillars of The WHOLE MethodTM. After years of navigating challenges among students, coaching individuals through difficult moments, and constantly learning more about social-emotional learning and counseling strategies, I have identified the core structure needed to embrace the whole individual as they are while also helping them become who they want to be.

Depending on your unique goals, we may begin at any one of the five pillars. Ultimately, we will work on all of them.

Think of a coach as your support system while you explore your strengths and the dreams you want to accomplish. A good coach won’t tell you what to do, they’ll help you understand that you already know what you need because you are the expert of your life. A coach helps you own your life the way you deserve to – and thrive while you do it!

Feel free to book a complimentary session. No obligations. Just honest communication to help you make an informed decision for yourself or your child.
